MN8 has developed a product line called Foxfire, a collection of self-illuminating products designed to provide significant light source in zero visibility conditions. One product is the helmet band, an elastic band firefighters place around their helmets that, using advanced photoluminescent technology, lights up their surroundings enabling them to keep track of their tools, environment, and fellow firefighters.
